President's Message I am looking forward to another strong year of participation by our Lions Club in the community. Already in the last month our club has participated in many events, such as Pancake Breakfast at our hall, BBQ along with two long days' in the sun and or rain controlling gates and traffic, all for the Atlantic National Car Show at Centennial Park, Sun fest Celebration for Canada Day at Caseley Park, along with our many weekly commitments like Bingo twice a week, catering, bartending etc We as members of the Riverview Lions Club remain committed to seniors, youths, sports, disasters and many community needs as they arise. I encourage all members of our fine community to participate in our activities. This participation will help us provide assistance and opportunities for all the worthwhile groups, associations and individuals that we sponsor. Our 2011-2012 International President's Theme is "I Believe" expresses the thought that the Lions of the world have created a culture organized in the value of giving back - and a belief that one person truly can make a difference.
